We recognize certain places as specifically designed for pause, recreation or rest: a vacation home, a public park, a beach cloaked in sunset; a break from the monotony of the every day.  I’m interested in seeking out the pause in our daily environments, the surroundings we no longer notice because we’ve already noticed them.
